I had every intention of this being the greatest spring break in history. It all started at family home evening the week before spring break started, Juliana (a girl from the branch) asked me if I wanted to go to General Conference with her, I said "YES!". So I was talking to mom and dad about going and they were okay with the idea, but we weren't leaving until Friday morning.
So what was I going to do with the rest of the week? Well there is the matter of my bucket list, everything I want to do before I get to old to do anything. One of the things I have really been wanting to do lately, and it just happens to be number 32 to my bucket list, is walk across the golden gate bridge. So I thought I would make a day out of it, see if I could find friends to go with me to SF and then go to the Exploratium and take the nice long walk across the golden gate bridge. So on Sunday I asked a few different people if they wanted to go and every single one of them said they would have to think about it or get back to me. So then on Wednesday I asked again and none of them wanted to go. All I could think about was how lame my spring break was turning out to be.
Then on Thursday night Juliana decided she couldn't go to Utah because she was still sick, I was ready to SCREAM! I have done nothing with my spring break! It is ridiculous, I helped build a chicken coop WOOHOO! Watched just about every dumb reality show on TV at least once, made lots of messes and got yelled at for every single one of them. :D But hey what is new.
I don't mean to sit here and complain but my super amazing spring break packed full of fun and excitement has been left as quite the opposite. I go back to school on Monday meaning I get to spend the next two days finishing art projects and working on other homework. BOO, thats boring.
love ya :D
